Tirana /Information / March 16, 2017/ Director General of the Diplomatic Academy of Kosovo, Ambassador Beqir Ismaili met with Mr. Awadh  Naja Al  Hababi, Charge d’Affaires a.i of the Embassy of the State of Qatar in the Republic of Albania.  

Mr. Fuad Morina, Senior Officer at the European department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kosovo was also present in the meeting.
