HE Secretary-General of the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Albania Armand Skapi met with HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Albania Ali bin Hamad Al Marri.

During the meeting, they reviewed the bilateral cooperation relations between the two countries, in addition to issues of common concern.
