Tirana / Information office /14.September.2017/ Secretary General of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania His Excellency Mr. Engjëll Agaçi met with Mr. Hashim Ibrahim Al-Sada Chargé D'Affaires. 

During the meeting it was discussed about bilateral relations between the two countries and ways of strengthening and developing them.
