Tirana / Information office /17.07.2017/ Adviser of the President of the Republic of Albania for Political Affairs  His Excellency Mr. Valter Ibrahimi met with Mr. Awadh Naja Al- Hababi - Chargé d'Affaires a.i. during this meeting the Chargé d'Affaires a.i. has  delivered   the  written message from HH the Emir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to HE Mr. Bujar Nishani  President of the Republic of Albania.

Mr. Hashim Al Sada, Second  Secretary was also Present in the meeting.
