Tirana / Information Office / 2 December 2016/ Chargé d'Affaires a.i. of the Embassy of the State of Qatar in the Republic of Albania, Mr. Awadh Naja Al- Hababi, participated in the ceremony organized by His Excellency Mr.Mircea Perpelea Ambassador of the Republic of Romania to the Republic of Albania on the occasion of the National Day.

The ceremony was attended by members of the foreign diplomatic corps and representatives from the business ,culture and arts community.
