H.E. Mr. Jabor bin Ali Al Dosari, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Albania, participated in the inauguration ceremony of El-Iman Mosque in Librazhd Municipality, which was constructed by Qatar Charity.

The ceremony was attended by H.E. Mr. Mariglen Disha, Mayor of Librazhd Municipality; Sheikh Dr. Dr. Ali Muhyiddin Al-Qaradaghi, President of the International Union of Muslim Scholars; Mr. Ahmad Yousef Fakhroo, Assistant Chief Executive Officer for Resource Development and Communication at Qatar Charity; and Mr. Mahmoud Abbas Shaker, Director of Qatar Charity’s Office in Albania.
