H.E. Mr. Jabor bin Ali Al Dosari, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Albania, participated in the celebration organized by the Qatar Charity Office in Albania on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the founding of the Fexhr School.

The event was attended by His Eminence Sheikh Dr. Ali Muhyiddin Al-Qaradaghi, Secretary-General of the International Union of Muslim Scholars; Mr. Ahmed Youssef Fakhro, Assistant Chief Executive Officer for Resource Development and Communication at Qatar Charity; and Mr. Mahmoud Abbas Shaker, Director of Qatar Charity’s Office in Albania.
