H.E. Mr. Jabor bin Ali Al Dosari, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Albania, participated in the signing ceremony for the construction of a school in Tugje Village, within Librazhd Municipality. The project aims to provide improved educational infrastructure for the local community.

The ceremony was attended by H.E. Mr. Mariglen Disha, Mayor of Librazhd Municipality; Mr. Ahmad Yousef Fakhroo, Assistant Chief Executive Officer for Resource Development and Communication at Qatar Charity; and Mr. Mahmoud Abbas Shaker, Director of Qatar Charity’s Office in Albania.
