H.E. Mr. Jabor bin Ali Al Dosari, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Albania, participated in the signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement between the Qatar Charity Office and the Albanian Electricity Distribution Operator (OSHEE), aimed at covering electricity bills for 1,600 beneficiaries.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Ahmad Yousef Fakhroo, Assistant Chief Executive Officer for Resource Development and Communication at Qatar Charity, and Mr. Mahmoud Abbas Shaker, Director of Qatar Charity’s Office in Albania.
