HE the Mayor of Bulqiza Festime Mjeshtri met with HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Albania Jabor bin Ali Al Dosari.

The meeting dealt with discussing bilateral cooperation and ways of strengthening and developing them.
