HE Speaker of Parliament of Albania Gramoz Ruci praised Thursday the announcement made by HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani on holding Shura elections in October of next year.

The Speaker of the Albanian Parliament said that it was an important progress to ensure the enhancement of democracy, development, and prosperity in the State of Qatar.
